Top 10 underrated stars this PL Season...

Whether it be young or old, this year so far in the premier league we have had many great performances for many a player. Goals, Clean sheets and just stand out performances catching the eyes of the most viewed league in the world. But only one man can take number 1...

10. Luke Shaw- Even though Luke Shaw may be rated by some, many still believe this may be the same old Luke Shaw the premier league has witnessed for the last couple of seasons. With Manchester United even having to resort to buying a new Left Back in Alex Telles. But since his arrival, Shaw has been outstanding down the left flank for United. Providing a new overlapping option for crosses or shots on numerous attacks. He is finally starting to look like the player Manchester United once purchased from Southampton all them years ago, providing 4 assists already this campaign which is already as many s the last 2 seasons combined, and in my opinion, does not attract the praise from some that he most definitely deserves.

9. Vladimír Coufal- With many people being alerted about Soucek this season at west ham I have decided to go for his fellow compatriot in Coufal. With 3 assists and 5 clean sheets so far this season, Coufal looks like an inspired buy for West Ham costing only £5 million! Coufal also at this time of writing has 46 tackles putting him very high in the rankings for tackles made. Without a doubt, he deserves a place on this list and the Czech duo of him a Soucek so not be underestimated as 2 great buys.

8. James Justin- James Justin is a tricky one of whether he should be underrated or just right. But in my opinion, I believe he should be noticed either way. With bags of pace and great technical ability, there is no doubt this boy could be special. Bought from Luton for a low fee I have to say I'm jealous we did not buy him. With 7 clean sheets, and assist and goal it can be said he's had a very good start to the season but enough that people aren't noticing what he's doing. Making 55 tackles defensively for Leicester as well is outstanding.

7. Ademola Lookman- With the most goal contributions for Fulham so far this year at only 23 years old is remarkable, especially in a struggling Fulham side near the bottom of the table. Whilst he struggled for form at Everton he's started to find his feet again at Fulham. With a sticky first touch and great finishing, many people may not be aware of this guys talent. Although he may want to work on his penalties ;)

6. Stuart Dallas- The versatile Leeds man has played many positions for Leeds so far this campaign filling in at Centre mid and wing backs. He's played nearly every minute for them as well. At first, it might have seemed like he was more of a Championship quality player however consistently proves weekly that he is much better than that. With 4 goals and an assist already he feels like a breath of fresh air for leeds providing with them with bags of energy that they mostly need to get themselves through their games with their fast paced game plan.

5. Jack Harrison- The nippy winger from Leeds provides the leeds strikers with countless opportunities as well as scoring some spectacular foals himself. On loan again from Manchester City the English man has had a good season for Leeds. Not only has he scored 5 and assisted 4 he has also showed people he may well if he continues this form be a good bench option for Manchester CIty.

4. Matt Targett- After a very mediorce season last year, Matt Targett has almost definitely thrown his name in the hat to be on the plane for the Euros. Altough he may lack in pace compared to some other full backs. HIs tackling has been second to none with countless last ditch tackles and blocks. He truly has been outstanding as a full back this year. Also managing to assist a goal he looks to be striding on for Villa. Targett has also been an very good in the air winning 56 aerial duels. He looks a much more polished player and deserves some more credit.

3. Kyle Walker Peters- With Southampton now looking like they have all the stability of a wet paper towel, some of their form could potentially be down to the missing star of Walker-Peters. Not only did he provide 2 assist but also gave Southampton an outballl and an option of pce down the right side. Without him they have really struggled to find some one to fill his place . Playing Djenpo there. So he may be more underrated in a way that without him Southampton have really missed him but also when thinking of right backs preforming well everyone thinks of Lamptey and Cash to name a couple.

2. Illkay Gundogan- One that may be considered to be rated however in my opinion, Gundogan has been pivotal in Manchester City turning around their bad start to the season and now potentially challenging for the title. With Man city sometimes lacking that quick play without KDB Gundogan is the man to fill in bringing energy and movement of the ball that has also lacked since David Silvas departure. Most noticeably scoring twice in the game against Liverpool. With a record 9 goals and a single assist so far this season he has been a bright spark in that City midfield. The reason why I believe he has been underrated is that everyone's eyes are immediately drawn to Kevin De Bruyne who undoubtly is the best player in the league.

1. Ezri Konsa- The rock at the back for Aston Villa who has gone from strength to strength in the last year has been and understated star in the Premier League. In my opinion he has to be on the list for the Euros. With undoubted composure and bags of pace he has been a huge contributor towards why Villa have 12 clean sheets so far this season. Satrring in games such as the 3-0 Win vs Arsenal and 7-2 vs Liverpool. With that also he has scored 2 goals one of which kickstarted Villas season vs Sheffield United. With the complete all round player he has also had 0 errors leading to goals, showing how fast he's maturing at an already young age.
